By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • BoomBox reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message
  • Orders cannot be modified once preparation has started
  1. Personalization

BoomBox products may include custom messages, photos, or selected content provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information
  • BoomBox is not liable for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete details
  • We reserve the right to refuse content that is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams)
  • Payment must be completed before order processing begins
  • BoomBox reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

  1. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may request changes or cancellations before preparation begins.

Once preparation or dispatch has started, modifications may not be possible due to the time-sensitive nature of our products.

  1. Returns & Complaints

All content on BoomBox.ae, including designs, images, logos, text, and product concepts, is the property of BoomBox and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoomBox shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Emotional dissatisfaction related to gift outcomes
  • Delivery delays beyond our control
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

  1. Force Majeure

BoomBox shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or public emergencies.

  1. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for order fulfilment, communication, marketing of BoomBox and service improvement.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
